Remade the "talk to" Screen and Francheska's storyline


Gonna keep it short, it's already 12am, I still need to sleep and wake up at 4:30am to prepare for my work tomorrow (If you're still a student reading this, let me tell you, adulting is hard!)

Anyways, a lot of things have happened this week, We had to rush something at work, My family went on a trip, got sick for 2 days, got into a wild goose chase for a day... let's just say, this week was tiring! 

Even though the progress on game development slowed,  it still continued!

  • Implemented all of the changes planned in the What will be added or changed for the next update section from this post
  • implemented most of the additional fight mechanic for the runner zombie from this post
  • Some minor changes here and there
  • Bug fixes
  • Improved the grammar with the help of chatgpt
  • Some changes and additions (for now) to Fran-Ches-Ka's story line and dialogues, 
  • also  changed the "talk to" screen from this:


to something like this:



Before I end this post, let me be honest, Francheska... isn't really in the original story, I don't even know what I'll do to her in this game. I just added her in the demo cause I feel like the story needs to have a joke character as soon as possible to show that this game contains comedy. but as I try to change her dialogue here and there... I somehow kinda.. improved her story? (I don't know, I only see myself as an amateur writer, might just be me), I mean Annie's still my favorite, but damn, I just want to hug this glasses-wearing-braided-redhead and tell her everything's gonna be ok. 

She may be a design mismatch, but goshdarnit she's starting to grow on me!
